01 Agreement to These Conditions

When you visit, register with, or use 639CLUB, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted these Terms and Conditions. They form the agreement governing your relationship with the platform. If you disagree with any provision, do not register, deposit, wager, or continue using the services.

02 Who May Use the Platform

03 Account Registration

Each player may have only one account with 639CLUB. Opening or operating additional accounts linked by the same name, device, IP address, or payment method is not allowed. Related accounts may be suspended while the matter is reviewed.

All registration details must be complete and accurate. You are expected to use your real name, a valid mobile number, and your true date of birth. False or misleading information may result in account closure and the forfeiture of any balance in line with these terms.

04 Deposits and Payments

Deposits are available through supported Philippine payment options, including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, and Online Banking. Minimum deposits are ₱100 through GCash, ₱50 through Maya, and ₱1,000 through GrabPay or Online Banking. The maximum deposit is ₱50,000 per transaction, subject to the payment option and current cashier instructions.

Use only a payment account registered in your own name when making a deposit. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may be returned after verification. Payment conditions, including any applicable fees or promotional requirements, are shown in the cashier and relevant promotion terms.

• Under normal operating conditions, a confirmed deposit is credited to your gaming balance promptly. Check the cashier for the latest transaction status and payment instructions.
• 639CLUB accepts digital payments through supported options such as GCash, Maya, GrabPay and Online Banking. Cash deposits are not listed among the available payment methods.
• All account transactions are handled in Philippine Peso (PHP or ₱).
• You may ask Customer Service to help apply deposit limits to your account. Setting a personal limit can support safer, more controlled play for Philippine adults aged 21 and above.
• If your deposit is not reflected in your wallet after the expected processing period, contact Customer Service and provide your transaction reference number so the payment can be checked.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the available payment channel, account checks and current processing conditions. GCash and Maya withdrawals have a minimum amount of ₱100 and are generally processed within 24 hours, subject to verification and the payment provider.

The platform does not list a withdrawal fee. Your chosen payment provider may still apply separate transaction charges. Current limits and applicable conditions are shown in the cashier section, including the ₱20,000 maximum per withdrawal and up to 10 withdrawals per day.

• Withdrawals can only be sent to a payment account registered under your own name.
• Before approving your first withdrawal, the platform may require identity verification and supporting documents. A bank card must be linked before the first withdrawal where this account requirement applies.
• Bonus balances and winnings connected to an offer cannot be withdrawn until that promotion’s stated wagering requirement has been completed.
• A withdrawal may be placed on hold while security or identity checks are completed. Any approval remains subject to account verification and the relevant payment conditions.
• Requests submitted during system maintenance or payment-service interruptions may take longer than usual to complete.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

Promotions are available to qualifying new and existing players, with the exact offer rules shown on each promotion page. For example, the first-deposit offer requires a minimum deposit of ₱100, must be activated manually in the Rewards Centre within 12 hours, applies to Slots and Fishing games, and carries a 15x wagering requirement. Where an offer requires activation, follow the instructions and deadline shown on its promotion page. Bonus balances are subject to separate rules from cash funds, and any qualifying deposit or promotional action must meet the stated conditions before related winnings can be withdrawn.

• Each qualifying player may claim a welcome bonus only once, unless the relevant promotion terms clearly state otherwise.
• Promotional funds cannot be transferred to another account or exchanged directly for cash. They may only be used in accordance with the applicable offer rules.

07 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

The following activities breach the 639CLUB fair play policy:

A breach of this policy may lead to immediate account suspension, the removal of available balances, and a report to the appropriate authorities when legally required.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

639CLUB may suspend, limit, or permanently close a player account, with or without advance notice, when any of the following situations applies:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• You submitted information during registration or verification that is false, inaccurate, or misleading.
• There are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal behaviour.
• You do not complete identity verification after it has been requested.
• The account has remained inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• You ask us to close or restrict the account, including through a self-exclusion request.

When an account is closed because of a suspected or confirmed breach, 639CLUB may hold the remaining balance while the matter is reviewed. If the investigation finds no breach, any remaining real-money balance will be sent back to the payment method registered to the account.

12 Limits on Liability
